Payment Policy

At Maisan Soft Technologies Pvt Ltd, we believe in maintaining complete transparency in our pricing and payment process. Our payment policy is designed to ensure a smooth workflow and timely project delivery.

Payment Terms

  • 50% Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total project cost is required before the project begins.

  • 50% Final Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the project and before the final delivery, deployment, or handover of all project files and credentials.

Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made to Maisan Soft Technologies Pvt Ltd are strictly non-refundable once the project has commenced. This includes the advance payment, as it covers project planning, resource allocation, design, development, and other initial work.

Additional Work

Any changes, revisions, or new features requested outside the agreed project scope will be considered additional work and may be subject to extra charges. The client will be informed and approval will be obtained before proceeding with such work.

Project Delivery

The completed project will be delivered after the final payment has been received in full. Any pending dues may result in a delay in the delivery or deployment of the project.

Cancellation Policy

If the client decides to cancel the project after work has started, all payments made up to that point will remain non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the advance payment may also be billed accordingly.

Pricing Changes

Maisan Soft Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update service pricing at any time. However, the pricing agreed upon in the approved quotation or proposal will remain valid for the respective project.

Important Note

  • A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required before the project begins.

  • The remaining 50% payment must be cleared before the final delivery or project launch.

  • All payments made are strictly non-refundable once the project has commenced.

  • Advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.) are not included in our service charges and must be paid separately by the client.

  • The client is responsible for purchasing and renewing the domain name and web hosting, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Domain registration, hosting, premium themes, plugins, third-party APIs, SMS gateways, and other external services are not included in our service charges unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.

  • Any additional work, revisions, or features outside the approved project scope may incur additional charges.

  • Delays in client approvals, content submission, or payments may affect the project timeline.

  • Maisan Soft Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate work if payment terms are not met.
